Forum Upgrade: And we're back!

Sorry about that. LispForum has been offline for the past couple of days while I performed an upgrade. Unfortunately, there were lots of moving parts associated with upgrading from phpBB 3.0.x to 3.2.x. I believe that all that is back to normal, however. Send me a direct message if you experience any problems.
