http://www.cl-http.org:8001/cl-http/downloads.html says CL-HTTP runs on release 19 of CMUCL.

But I use SBCL,

Can I run CL-HTTP on SBCL?

According to their main page (http://www.cl-http.org:8001/cl-http/), there is a "unified port" that might work on sbcl. Thus it might work, but is more likely to contain bugs.

If you can use another server, try Hunchentoot or one of the other web servers.
