BYTE magazine on LISP, blast from the past.

It looks like there is an archive of BYTE magazine.
This issue happens to cover some early version of LISP (all uppercase back then)
What really blows me away is that it is only a few dollars for 200+ pages of full color. ... 0/mode/2up

Some of the hardware specifications are quite amusing.
You can really get a feel for the Zeitgeist.

Many times I look to the past with more wonder than the future.
It's going to be all screen-poking black boxes from here on I fear.

Lamda papers are reasonable fresh, LISP1.5 with it's dual namespace has spawned many clones and you had LISP hardware :-)
I love the Lisp interpreter article on page 132.. Though I probably have read hundreds from the same time some years ago while I was writing Zozotez, this is the first time I see a 6800-version.

The ad on page 3 for 64KB fast ram for 1785$ with inflation would be around 6000$ today... But judging from the ad they knew what they were doing :-)
