setting up clisp and emacs

i wanted to learn lisp and was setting up clisp and emacs for it but i am having some problems
i was following this http://www.jonathanfischer.net/modern-common-lisp-on-windows/
now it tells me to
"Open up $HOME.clisprc.lisp (e.g. C:UsersusernameAppDataRoaming.clisprc.lisp. Ain’t Windows grand?) in a text editor. (Emacs, for example:)). Add the following:"
i cant find the file '.clisprc.lisp' when i open up 'Roaming' in 'AppData'
need some help!!!!!!
